Long Income

Long Income focuses on the durability and predictability of cashflow. We look for assets where long leases, strong tenant covenants and robust underlying real estate combine to create dependable income over time.

But a long lease alone is not enough. We consider the quality of the occupier, the sustainability of the rent, the relevance of the asset and its ability to remain attractive throughout the lease term. Where appropriate, inflation-linked or contractual rental growth can provide additional resilience.

The aim is secure, repeatable income supported by property we would be comfortable owning for the long term.
